Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Securely place the speaker, along with all original cables, manuals, and accessories, back into its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
